Governance is not a ‘nice to have’. It is vital to ensuring long-term, sustainable growth. Investor losses from poor governance are significant, which is why the work ACSI does in urging efficient management of governance is so important. And why, despite changing attitudes elsewhere, our work on governance, diversity and other sustainability issues continues with unabated focus. Each year we undertake an extensive program of public policy and company engagement work to support our members as active owners. ACSI’s services help to amplify our members voice in listed company boardrooms and national policy debates.

This public report provides a clear snapshot of our work throughout the 2025 financial year, and clearly articulates our stewardship thesis, our integrated approach and what happens when progress isn’t sufficient.
