Brendan is Executive Manager, Company Secretary and Corporate Services at ACSI. He is responsible for the organisation's governance framework, company secretariat, risk and compliance functions, and corporate services operations. Brendan brings extensive experience in governance, regulatory compliance and organisational leadership, having previously served as Company Secretary and Head of Operations and Compliance at the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA).
He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia, and serves as a Director of Active Education Australia, where he chairs the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee. Brendan holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Arts.
