UN Principles for Responsible Investment

ACSI is a professional service provider signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investors (PRI). For its part in signing the Principles, we commit to encouraging our members to sign up to the PRI and assist them to implement them, where consistent with their fiduciary responsibilities. ACSI also commits to evaluate the effectiveness and improve the content of the Principles over time. This will improve our ability to meet needs of our members.

ACSI's services in relation to the PRI include:

1. assisting our members to incorporate ESG issues into investment analysis and decision-making processes.
2. assisting our members to be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into our ownership policies and practices.
3. encouraging appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the top 200 ASX/S&P in which our members invest.
4. promoting acceptance and implementation of the Principles within the investment industry.
5. working together to enhance our effectiveness in implementing the Principles.
6. assisting our members to report on their activities and progress towards implementing the Principles.
