Voting Alert Service overview
ACSI recognises that not all funds have the necessary resources to analyse and subscribe to advice that deals with all corporate governance issues that arise during a reporting season. This service ensures that Trustees are notified of relevant information that focuses on issues that may impact on funds investments.
ACSI's Voting Alert Service provides two distinct reports for those companies within the S&P/ASX 200 -
- ACSI Voting Alert Service Report which provides an overview of the relevant meeting agenda items with ACSI's voting recommendations, and a
- Governance Status Report, which provides a range of relevant corporate governance information that will form part of the information base that ACSI will utilise for engagement purposes.
- access to expert opinions in response to questions from subscribers on the corporate governance performance of S&P/ASX 200 companies;
- educational and training seminars including a corporate governance "user manual" for subscribers on how to effectively utilise the service.
