Michael O'Sullivan, President
Michael has been the President of ACSI since its founding in 2001 and is also a member of the Board of Governors of International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) based in London. He is a former Chairman and currently Deputy Chairman of CARE Super - an industry superannuation fund for professional, managerial and administrative employees and has also been in the role of a Trustee Director of CARE Super since 1996, nominated as a member representative by the Australian Services Union of which he was National Executive President.

Sue Dahn, Deputy President
Sue is a Director of the Emergency Services and State Super Fund and Chair of its Investment Committee with responsibility for some AUD$18billion of assets.
She is a partner in the Melbourne firm of the Pitcher Partners national association of accounting firms, where she heads the investment advisory practice that advises private clients, family groups, superannuation funds and not-for-profit clients.
