Our governance guidelines are the foundation of all ACSI's services and advice and provide a benchmark for our members to implement good governance practices.  

ACSI believes that “good governance” requires directors of listed companies to consider and manage all material risks facing the company, including environmental issues and risks posed by social factors, as well as what are usually considered to be “corporate governance” factors. The same applies to superannuation trustees.

ACSI members also believe that addressing governance issues is consistent with super funds’ objectives as long-term investors.
