Gerard Noonan, President
Gerard Noonan, long-standing chair of industry fund Media Super, has
been a journalist for more than 30 years and active in the
not-for-profit superannuation sector for more than two decades. He is a
former senior writer at the Sydney Morning Herald and editor of the
Australian Financial Review. He was awarded the Walkley Award for
outstanding contribution to journalism in 2008. Gerard is also President of
the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) and was appointed to the board of Innovation
Australia in 2009 and chair IA's Venture Capital Committee.
Trish Donohue, Deputy President

Trish Donohue is the Executive Manager of Investments for
Cbus Superannuation Fund, where she has managed the Fund’s investments since
January 2000. Trish works with the Fund’s Investment Committee and Board, along
with her internal team and investments consultants, to formulate and implement
Cbus’ investment strategy. Prior to joining Cbus, Trish worked at Mercers for
11 years, initially in actuarial analyst roles in Melbourne and Auckland and
lastly as an Investment Consultant in Melbourne for three and a half years,
providing investment advice to a number of corporate and industry
superannuation funds.
